1948 Shaker Heights Pullman PCC Kit

These cars were the first group of cars built by Pullman in 1948 for the Shaker Heights Rapid Transit line in Cleveland, OH. The cars were 50' long and 9' wide, making them among the larger PCCs built. They were built with provisions for passenger loading doors on their left sides, but these were never used. They ran into the 1980s when new LRVS arrived. The cars we have modeled are the #71-95 series.

Body kit includes body shell and black plastic window inserts. Frame and wheel covers not included; we now have a 3D-printed frame for this shell available on the IHP Shapeways page.

Shells/kits are available on ebay from Brian Weisman/Jason's Brass Poles (brianweismanjbw).
